Refund Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase if you have not substantially consumed downloadable materials or attended live sessions included in your package. Substantial consumption includes downloading complete schedules, completing more than one live session in Rhythm Reset or Summit programs, or receiving personalized route maps.

Refund requests submitted after the eligibility window will be reviewed case by case for technical failures or billing errors only.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, contact us through the form on step-forward-contact.html with your full name, order email, purchase date, and product name. We will confirm receipt within three business days and provide a decision within ten business days after verifying eligibility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take five to ten additional business days.

Cancellations Before Delivery

If coaching has not yet commenced and no digital files have been released, you may cancel for a full refund regardless of the fourteen-day window. Notify us as soon as possible so we can halt scheduling and resource preparation.

Session Rescheduling

For packages including live sessions, you may reschedule with at least twenty-four hours notice without forfeiting the session. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion based on coach availability.

Partial Refunds and Upgrades

If you upgrade from Starter Stride to Rhythm Reset or Summit Walker within seven days of the initial purchase, we will credit the original payment toward the higher tier where feasible. Downgrades after materials delivery are not supported, but unused live sessions may be converted to email support credits at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve concerns promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of access to coaching materials and future purchases.

Defective or Inaccessible Content

If files are corrupted or links fail due to technical issues on our side, we will replace content or offer a refund regardless of the standard window. Document the issue with screenshots and timestamps to help us investigate quickly.

Consumer Rights
