Services Description

Reviveioback provides educational and motivational walking habit coaching through digital products and remote sessions. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding health conditions that may affect physical activity.

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase services. By using the site, you represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to enter into binding agreements.

Accounts and Purchases

When you purchase a coaching package, you agree to provide valid payment information and pay all applicable fees in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices for Starter Stride Plan, Rhythm Reset Coaching, and Summit Walker Program are displayed on our Stride Offers page and may change with notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Access to digital materials may require email confirmation. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us of unauthorized use.

Coaching Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully during communications and to provide honest updates about your walking activity. We may suspend or terminate access if you harass staff, share unlawful content, or misuse proprietary materials. Coaching recommendations assume you will walk within your physical capacity and follow local laws and safety guidance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviveioback and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or coaching products, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reviveioback from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of services, or injury resulting from your failure to follow safe walking practices.
